Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. The key is not to try and create and memorize an exhaustive list of questions because 1) it’s impossible to be exhaustive and 2) there’s a good chance you’ll forget during an interview if you’re trying to match an exact answer to an exact question
Instead, focus on creating a framework or broad set of answers that are good and can be applied across to many different question types e.g., have a story for when you failed and the learnings from it which can be translated to a weakness, a failure, a learning, a challenging time, etc.
Overpreparation does exist, but for the vast majority of people the primary risk is underpreparation.
Agree with above. Have good stories that apply to a range of scenarios. You can have a story where you came up with an innovative solution while dealing with a difficult coworker for instance. Then you can use it for both topics.
