Alix is largely performance improvement / turnaround. High intensity cases that drive tangible impact. The interview process was very robust from what I remember (quite exhausting tbh). Most of the people I know there are quite happy (n=4)
LEK is largely a DD firm. High intensity cases where you do due diligences over and over. Most of the people I know there hate it and complain about the toxic culture (n=5)

Agree with the above. I’d say our work on the consulting side (not Rx) is more similar to mbb/big 4 (mix of strategy and implementation with a focus on impact) than it is to lek.
