Any insight on DLA Piper culture?
Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

I am ITS in NY. I think we have a very strong and cohesive culture. No place is perfect but we generally really get along with one another, like one another as people and treat one another with respect, We work to provide flexibility- but that has been hard since TCJA. We really are a team and rely on everyone at all levels to work together as one
I’m a staff in Boston, transferred in from another firm. The culture is phenomenal. The things that stand out are mutual respect and teamwork, as mentioned by partner above, I’ve noticed that there is very little, if any, belittling done from people of a higher level to those of a lower level. Your skills and experience level are utilized in the best manner possible, and there’s a huge sense of teamwork. It makes working fewer hours difficult, because you genuinely care for the people part of your team.
What a great post and so happy to hear EY1!
I like my team and have been with the firm for about seven years now. I think overall there is good culture in some offices/teams. I've heard and seen some horrible teams, but I hope those are not the norm. Overall, I'd say probably similar issues you'll see in any B4 where fees are going down, costs up, and there is a constant need to get more done with less. High utilization goals are becoming more common in different groups. I don't think that is unique to EY though, so I'll give the firm a pass on it.
I'm happy I'm here and believe in the services I help provide. I don't think the firm is perfect though.
P1 + agreed. Also realize my phone autocorrected "ITS culture" to "ITS cult" lol. Going to leave it there for the midday chuckle.
