How would you describe your analyst/associate/consultant day-to-day job in a job interview?

Hi All..Im SAP BASIS HANA consultant yoe 7.5.Holding offer from TCS 23LPA and I also had offer from NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS for 28LPA. As per the interview it seemed to completely a HANA DBA role for Europe project.
Can someone please suggest how is WLB in NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (earlier itelligence). thank you

I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

Does anyone have a job application tracking software they love? I’m mainly looking for something that allows customizable application forms that allow me to ask questions outside the normal and something that I can automate rejection letters and keep a database of applicants.

I no longer have access to the Microsoft bowl due to the change in work email address, so I thought I'd see if any Microsoft management (former or current) are in here. I'm looking to confirm that when potentially coming back on at Microsoft, the hiring manager will be able to see my previous connects. But I have read some horrifying reviews about the company on Glassdoor, indeed and other forums.

I'm a current AC at my agency but looking to switch departments. I'm torn between applying to the SEM specialist role vs the social media specialist role. Discussion post: I feel almost all consulting firms are the same. Mbb, big 4 etc. if you are paid enough there is probably less wlb. If there is good wlb there is not much money. Can you single out a company that you can confidently say pays very well and also has good wlb and also has good opportunities etc.?
