Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?
Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.

2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

That job description sounds like standard corporate speak, but the salient point is that you'd be working for three people, all of whom are likely to be pretty busy. So that could potentially be a red flag. But it's certainly worth exploring the opportunity and finding out more details.
As someone who also had the role of Administrative Assistant, I can understand your situation. The problem with working in this role is the division of your time among the managers you support, the expectation of each manager and the overall scope of your work leaves little room for you to focus on what you need to do. In a role like this, your day is not your own to work as you need to. Also, many times, managers assume you are part of their manager's success package instead of being someone who is about your own career.
If I could offer any suggestions I would say start looking into the next career move from administrative roles. You have far more talent than you realize since your job touches on so many areas. It could be HR, finance or even project management. Your experience is valuable so make the most of it.
I would definitely want to see a more specific list of job duties. That sounds pretty broad and quite general, and I could see the person in that role being overworked if there aren't clear delineation of tasks. But it sounds like a good job, and if you're dealing with toxicity, it could be worth it.

Im doing the work of 3-4 ppl in my current role & i help with 2 different programs, help work outside of normal business hours out in the scorching heat at work events without any overtime, have yet to get a raise, & am constantly being told by my Supervisor that "80% of my salary comes from 1 of the programs I help with" while she compares it to the 2 programs she helps with as if she isn't supposed to help with any of them because of the percentage thing.
Regarding the job I mentioned above, the job duties are:

The Senior Executive Assistant will support board management, including attending meetings and taking minutes, coordinating logistics, and assisting board committees. The Senior Executive Assistant will work with a collaborative team and must thrive in a fast-paced, high-output, high-intensity environment. The Assistant will also be a member of the Leadership Council
