how's is an employee's mental health viewed in bigger tech companies? i know taking mental health days is a pretty new concept for agencies (and honestly, i don't know if anyone actually does given the culture) so i'm curious to hear if mental health is taken more seriously/with more empathy on the brand side

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me.
