Hi,
Can ibm pay 28.5 ctc under 7B band?
Hello Guys,
I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

I probably wouldn’t post about it here with my name listed...
Create burner email and send to entire agency. Watch 🌎 🔥.
Look for a new job and recalibrate the salary you’re asking for. And when you have your exit interview tell them it’s because you knew they undervalued you. To the tune of $30,000
Did what? This is a hypothetical question... I’m not sharing an actual experience.
Is this the same @SC1 that called me out for a publicity stunt when I posted this at 1 AM on a Friday and called me a bro? Totally OK if so but you clearly want nothing to do with me sooooo not sure why you keep relying? Other than to try and make me feel like shit (which BTW won’t work so it’s a waste of your valuable time).
Kelly Butler, I fucking love your bravery. I want to say you have balls, but we all know that lady parts are much stronger.
You know what? I think I’d put the laptop back. Seethe for a week and then go ask for a raise and not share what I found. If I didn’t get the raise I’d be pissed. But then I’d at lease know there was no use spending more time there.
Hi Kelly I just followed you on Twitter 😂
Thanks Skip🙏 My second fave thing next to working is finding other people work. I post gigs I hear about on LinkedIN all the time so please follow me there if you’re looking... all disciplines, too. Except you @SC1 cuz you clearly don’t write so well. 😂
@FCB2 Thank you 🙏 Some say brave and some say stupid. Maybe it’s a little bit of both? 😂 And yes, ladies need a “balls” equivalent. Maybe “we have a giant ovaries” could become a thing? 😉
This thread is giving me life right now!!
each make $30 grand more that you. Take race and gender out of the equation just for this one hypothetical exercise. WHAT DO YOU DO? 🤔
Hi Kelly! We gotta catch up.
@Skip Yes please! Annnnd per usual I need lots of advice 😂🙏
Wait. Kelly if that's your real name and you did this isn't that a breach of company's information.
I’m not a bro. I am a broette. 💁🏻♀️
Whatever you say bro.
Kelly! Bro! Instead of meeting for coffee let’s pound some pre-workout and then crush back and bi’s.
@OP. Similar thing happened to me a few years ago... during bonus season HR accidentally emailed me the entire company’s salary, review scores and bonuses.
I found out I was paid about 35% less than all my male counterparts (I was the only female at my level). My salary was so low in fact that I was in the mid bracket for the level below me... needless to say I didn’t stay there much longer after that.
Also CW2... 😂
Also my name is Kelly and my website is Kellybutler.com.
@FCB1 Holy shit! I do know that feeling. It’s awful. I once found out what someone else made and wished I could unknow it not just because they made more... that’s a reality... but because they were terrible at the same job and made so much more. From then on every time salary convos around the office would come up I’d say... don’t tell me, I don’t want to know. But also... kudos to you for taking the high road and working your ass off. Glad to see you used that knowledge you never even wanted to kick some serious ass in life. 🙌
