The money is tempting but as an ambitious career driven person, I am now second guessing myself. Would I have a successful career in industry? Hii Sharks, I am currently with 12 L fixed and due for promotion within 6 months then my fixed might go with around 15.5 L with extra variable pay in PwC only. In pwc WFH option is there.

Now I got offer from KPMG where there are giving 16 L fix + 1 L JB. Also HR gave one day more to discuss. In KPMG need to go office at Bangalore.

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
