I am a business analyst working for an IT company in my city with a current salary of 6 lakhs per annum. After 3 months, I am due for an appraisal, which is expected to increase my salary to around 8 lakhs per annum. However, I have received an offer from Accenture for a PPM role in Pune with a salary of 8.5 lakhs per annum. I requested a salary of 12 lakhs from Accenture, but they are not willing to meet that request. Should I accept the offer from Accenture or stay with my current company?

I started a company just under 1 year ago. We sell a product via ecom channels and have done ~100K in revenue with a 60% gross margin.

I was interviewed at Accenture and have cleared all the rounds. Got a call from HR asking me for the details and expected CTC. I also uploaded all the documents as advised. I could still see the status in Documents upload for past 1 month. Could someone help on this.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
