I saw some good courses for getting an AWS Developer Associate certificate certificate.
Do these courses explain concepts or explain the question to answer?

I mainly focused on learning AWS Services for working on AWS Services.

What are actionable items one should strive for when trying to grow as a designer after landing their first role? I hear a lot about ways to grow to land the first job but very little about how to improve after you know the basics.

I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.

Anyone here start out in PA and leave to go to law school and come back? I’ve been contemplating leaving and going to law school for years. I have 3 years of advisory experience primarily in financial services/ tech implementation/ and restructuring. Bs Accounting with a 3.2 gpa MBA with a 3.89gpa. Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

Hi fishes, I’m currently working as a security consultant, primarily involving around the vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security audits on the Salesforce and web platform. My current CTC is 14 LPA with ~3yoe, based in hyderabad location.
