I am a consultant with EY France and currently hold job offers from Deloitte and PwC based in France. Since the promotion cycles are really slow here, I wanted to make sure that I am making the right move. Is anyone aware about the month in which the promotions become effective in Deloitte, PwC and KPMG in France? Also do they have the promotion cycles mid-year or just annually?
