I am a finance student in undergrad. I am interviewing for a Financial Due Diligence internship next week with PwC. I’ve personally never interviewed for B4, but it’s a role I’ve done a lot of research on and really worked hard to get an interview for.

Does anybody have any advice on how to better prepare for the case study? I’ve been researching online. But some more tips and insight would be helpful.

If an employee mentions something disparaging or accusatory about their manager during an exit interview, how would you handle? What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? I.e. employee claimed the manager made a disparaging remark about an item of clothing being worn by someone in accordance with their beliefs. If you opt to share the feedback with the manager, would the manager have a legal case against the company or former employee?

I was a Manager at a Big4 doing PM fed work earlier this year. I decided to join a small firm to pursue cloud sales. However, the position is extremely technical in nature and I'm required to speak tech ( kubernetes, openshift, CICD) to potential clients.
While I have learned from the exposure, I dont intend to continue in a tech role & looking to exit. I'm thinking of Customer/ Partner Success Manager roles with one of the CSPs. Are there other non tech cloud exit opps in industry to consider?

Any thoughts around how to use M&A tax skills for the better good? I’m a CPA and originally got into this for a stable / interesting job, but in the long-term I’d like to do something that either influences drafting of tax legislation or helps the public (however naive that may sound).
