Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. Friend of mine was supposed to receive an offer (told verbally) from Deloitte and then just found out they are pausing on hiring the role. How common is that? Seems wildly unprofessional that none of the partners called and instead it was the recruiter conveying that news. At McKinsey, if that happened, the head of the practice or the office would personally make the phone call at the very least.
