I am hearing about system and code interviews.
Thus doesn't make sense to me since I am not there anymore.
Is it really required for these companies?

Had a very successful case study interview with a firm and received an availability request email for the final interview. I sent back open dates and followed up a week after. It has been about 10 days with no contact. What should I do?

As part of interview process, Amazon had requested me to provide my salary expectations. Based on which, I have been told that they will not be able to provide my expectation and is offering my current base as the total compensation for the role.

Advice Please
It's been 4month with the team with no manager. I recently joined the organization and the team I am part of is headed by a lead and one analyst.
So being a new member as Sr.Data Analyst I sometimes have to report to analyst. Considering the fact that he has been part of the team for past 1 year and sometimes he sounds like lead as he is leading some project.
On other hand my manager is continuously asking me take lead in project and try to reduce dependency on that analyst.

What certifications I need to start with for an IT career for an entry level position

15+ people have left my company in the past 5 months (180 person startup) mostly due to low pay /poor management, but mainly low pay. I enjoy my role, and believe in the company to the point that I want to do something about it. Have any of you managed to help reduce turnover rate as an IC?
