I am about to go on what I can only assume is an offer call after months of interviews and I would love your advice. I am an entry level candidate with a M.S. degree. I don't have much experience negotiating salary or navigating such a call. I really like this potential job and company. Appreciate any and all advice.

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?
