EY- 22.5LPA(19 Fixed + 55000 joining bonus+rest is a part of bonus which I'll be receiving next year)

7-Eleven- 22LPA(20.2 Fixed+rest is a part of yearly bonus)

Had an offer for 30% more , a promotion to manager, extra week of vacation to switch firms. I love where I am at with my clients and there is a lot of potential there. Should I stay the course?
