Zendesk! It's by far the best one I've worked with so far, nothing else compares in my experience

We've been using Help Scout and it works best for us. We've never had any major issues with it and it is also not that expensive.

You can try Bold Desk. I'm using it, and so far so good.

Freshdesk seems to do a great job. Would recommend researching the other systems mentioned here and see what works for you.

180 base, 50 bonus, plus 50-75k profit sharing and 50k equity a year.

Still feel underpaid on initial base salary :/
