Hi all. I'm interviewing for a role in the M&A Operations team at Deloitte (part of Transaction Services). The next round is the case study round for which I was told there will be an operational problem (manufacturing related) and will involve me having to do some stuff in PowerPoint and Excel. Has anyone been through something similar and can you elaborate a bit more on what to expect for the PowerPoint and Excel bits? Thanks! Deloitte

Yes. I have a small book of business.
Sorry not BDO, just nosy! One of my sr mgr came from another mid tier as well. He brought his own set of clients, and for a while he appears to be working himself to death emailing people at 3-4AM. Then, he brought in some of his old work buddies, stole the audit programs from his prior firm, hired some staff of his own, lost some clients, won some bids ... now I think he will live, and maybe make partner.
@EY1 - my clients are not traditional tax or audit clients. They will follow me where ever I go.
