Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

I didn’t have a chance to finish typing the rest. But I want to continue in agency life. But I feel I am being offered more junior positions instead of positions with 7+ years of experience! How can I better refocus on my agency skill set?
Focus on entrepreneurship unless seeking a position specifically working on HRM accounts.
Theoretically you should be able to spin that to show that you can handle long-term projects with many moving pieces and also know when to pull the plug on things. That said, I might not delve too much into the other income sources because that will become a point of contention in office politics.
