I am doing some research about average base salary of Sr. Manager Strategy Consultant, especially at IBM, MBB and B4. Anyone can provide some input? I found a range of $150-$300 with average $200k.

I’m struggling to find a full time job right now. I have 16 months of internship experience at a Big4, a 4 month internship at a well known bank and a 12 month internship at a boutique consulting firm.

My gpa is subpar (3.2/4.0) but I have strong extracurriculars and have been working full time while taking full time classes.

Any advice on what I can do to land a solid fu time offer?

Nyc based. Is it at all possible to make at least 200 base in corp dev or strategy at a tech company? Super burned out but don’t want to take a paycut in base. I realize I’ll never make all in comp the same in tech but if I can match base I’d be content.

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. When calculating YOE, if you are working 2 jobs, can you double count those years? For reference, I’ve been an Army Reserves officer for the last 5 years since coming off active duty, and spend about 30-40 hours per month (outside of 2-4 week annual training) on that job.
