Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. I got an offer from another company. Currently working in walmart. The main idea behind getting an offer is to ask for a salary rise. I was very much underpaid here. So I thought getting an offer will help increase my pay here in walmart by getting counter offer from them. But i am not sure if I discuss with my manager it will backfire me.Walmart

That’s a lot of deals - around 50? I’d say that first, it’s an extremely difficult time to get a job in any kind of tech with the massive layoffs that have been happening. Secondly, while the number of deals you’ve sold is extremely impressive, I would leave out your average deal size when speaking to your experience. It’s pretty small when many SaaS companies are selling multi-million dollar contracts. 137% of quota is also great, but when some interviewees are doing 200% it’s seems kind of status quo. If you’re the top salesperson or top 3, for example, I’d say that instead. Show that you’re performing better than your peers rather than just going a bit beyond what you’re being asked to do. Finally, make sure you’re applying to roles that match your experience and customizing each and every CV you send to the role you are applying for. Frame your experience to sound like what they are asking for in the job post. Wishing you the best of luck!
Absolutely! I would include “bragging points” but make sure they make you look really above the rest. Also make sure that every bullet in your job description speaks to an action and not “responsible for”. If it’s not something your physically did, it probably shouldn’t be there
Your stats are certainly impressive. Where have you applied so far? Also, where are you based?
I must admit, I’ve applied for any job that involves the word SaaS, I am based in London.
Do you mean you have been applying for the job but haven't gotten any response or as much as an interview?
