SaaS Startup - 18 LPA (1L variable) + ESOP
EY - 17 LPA + 5% variable

My LWD is 6th Dec. I am still looking for few more opportunities. My Current CTC is 8 LPA, 5.7 YOE.

Which would be the best bet among those?
And, with such short span of time, Is it possible to get some offers and am expecting to reach around 23-24 LPA.

PWC INDIA 16.5 fixed
For SAP fico role. Total relevant exp is 5 otherwise 8yrs.

Need your suggestion on which one to join.

I never received any information in requesting a discussion about comp, is it too late.

Is it wise to negotiate a "take it or leave it" offer? Also, when there is such an offer, do you think that company really looking to hire you? It does not encourage any communication which gives an impression that they do not need you but if you join at their offer, they are okay. To put things in perspective, offer is inline with industry average but slightly lower than what I am making right now.

Working for a Web3 startup as a consultant, they want to convert me to W2 as VP Product. I’d be W2 employee 3 or 4. I was making $75/hr as a contractor working ~45hrs/wk. and they want to offer $125k and 2.5% equity vested over 2 years. Is that equity play reasonable for a startup, the change in pay, and the scope of work?

Pros: Good work culture, Varied Type of Projects, Exposure to US markets
Cons: Kind of back end work sometimes

EY-Parthenon:
Pros: India Market, Strong Clients in India (both corporates and start-ups), Front End
Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects

EY-P is offering same fixed salary :(

Need an approximate number as I understand these ranges vary from country to country.

Shall I accept it or should I wait for better offers ?
One reason I think to accept this offer is that I've applied to many other companies and all offer only 4-5.
