I would question the career move to go from T2 strategy to Gartner. What were you thinking?
If you can get an interview- going to MBB is a no brainer. Forget about MBA right now. Just prep well for MBB and then evaluate
Smart would probably depend on how much it aligns with your post-MBA/longer term goals. MBB name might boost your resume a bit but T2 is still solid. It may also look weird if you’ve gone from strategy to a firm known for evaluating tech vendors back to strategy unless you have a compelling story why

I am unclear what the crisis is - can you specify? Will attempt to answer below:
1. No- I think you are switching firms too much. Unclear why a T2 then gartner then mbb. You essentially end where you started - whats the story here?
2. Yes but see above
3. Again, really unclear to me why you are aiming for 3 job changes and starting an mba in like 6 years. You are also not ideal for a emba at age 27
Actually, I agree on 3 here
1. Yes, or preferably sooner (why did you leave the T2 for Gartner though?)
2. Yes, or more likely BA/Junior Associate
3. Depends
I moved from T2 Strategy to Gartner as they scouted me to lead the innovation & strategy verticals in Europe. Big compensation bump, better WLB, and clearly a step up from my excel-creating BA role (I have 1:1s with C-suite on a weekly basis). BUT, I fear job will bore me at some point and wanted to get ahead of the curve.

Thanks for the response. Agree with M1 - current job seems significantly more compelling than going back to consulting 1 level higher than you were. Likely very similar work to what you left
How much do they pay you bro
About 1.5x what I earned in T2 as a BA + 10% bonus
