I am in the midst of a professional crisis. 25 yo, 2 careers, worked in a T2 strategy consulting firm for 1.5 years, now in Gartner for about 1 year, and I am thinking in trying MBB in 0.5-1 years (I will have been 2 years in current role). My questions here are:

-Is this a smart career move?
-Should I aim for the consultant/associate role altogether (would have 3-3.5 yoe by the time I apply)
-Thoughts on aiming for a top MBA / sponsorship after a couple of years at MBB 2nd level?

Had two rounds of interviews for an in house role and really like the company/job. I followed up Friday regarding next steps and was told they are still interviewing and should be wrapping up soon.
