Top Tech Firm? Excel Assessment??? Really?!
What the hell. They are in for a show to assess a consultant with excel. Btw, deloitte net has few excel courses if you are interested in something 'formal'
Those assessments are all pretty simple, just know how to do Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and write formulas. You should be fine
If it is Amazon, OP, you're in for a world of hurt. There's nothing but long hours there. This gauntlet is just the beginning :(
Exactly...
Yep. Really.
I'm not so not their analytics test
Most folks don't know the stuff EY1 mentions. They ask their friend Google, and forget. Those tests are great. I wish we had them to source people to projects. Would be great to know didn't know align left in PowerPoint.
Thanks EY1!
Excel is fun I'd love that. Last interview I had the technical part was run by an old friend of mine so we just org charted the whole time - he knew I was consummate in Excel.
It's Amazon. They seem to be doing this for every position.
Robert Half Tech lulz
It isn't Amazon :). But any other insights on the assessment would be helpful.
