Hi Cognizant sharks,
I have recieved offer letter from CTS for pune location with 12.19 lakh CTC , YOE 3.8 yrs, skillset: MS exchange and azure for tech lead role. May i know is it good compensation wrt to designation or i should get more?
Also any idea by when CTS may open office and ask employee to come back keeping third COVID wave ongoin in mind.
Don't worry attrition is at an all time high here, they want more people. I am doubtful about the hikes and variable pay though since most projects are US based
Small companies and startups are affected for sure, giants won't have that bad effects in India at least

No worry.. they need people..they hiring people at best hike and now they acquire Utegration company also..
So, they seems to be trying very hard to be best MNC once again like it was in past.
They are hiring for bench and it’s one of the most unstable company right now.
Nearly a fifth of IT deals (total IT market) are up for renewal and companies are reviewing their IT service providers. This has not happened in past three years due to COVID. So big companies are looking at this as an opportunity.. Combined with digital transformation projects, it should be a good 2023.
