Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Places I’ve interviewed with fully remote positions were Chewy and an app startup called Whatnot. Contrary to the comments here I found a lot of roles that offered WFH and used the LinkedIn job search to filter that preference. My strategy was to apply for about 5 jobs per week, and I landed a job in about 3 months of targeted effort - you got this!

At some point you'll want to broaden your search to include hybrid and office-based roles, contrary to what you may have heard, WFH isn't going to be permanently adopted broadly in any meaningful capacity, and offices are filing back up now. Certain industries and roles have certainly seen a larger adoption of WFH policies, but that's not representative of the world at large.
I am looking for a fully remote job as well, or a hybrid that will require very few trips to the office, no more than once a week but there are not too many options out there. Not sure why companies are forcing people to go back to the office, my company being one of those that promised a hybrid model but now wants to bring everyone back 4 days a week, just because there was a change in senior leadership and the new “big shot” wants people full time in the office…so ridiculous!
Check out FlexJobs. I’ve landed two remote jobs since Covid off this site.
Is flexjobs still heavily US based only?

I know that not everyone want to or could get into tech companies. But it’s the only industry where fully remote work has been a way of life for decades.

There are lots of remote roles on indeed and LinkedIn as well… the difficulty with remote job hunting is that 300 other people are applying to the same position… it may take longer to find the role but with your experience I’m sure you will. Alternatively try Conduent! There are a multitude of different roles… maybe something that will suit you. :)
Is there anything you can share about beating the ATS that works? As for fully remote have you tried flex jobs or some other website ?
Thanks will check it !
I suggest using Indeed (I am biased as I work for Indeed) but we offer the option to filter by remote only jobs. Then try searching for different key words for positions you would be interested in. Good luck!
Yes they do - it depends on the role and location - some are fully remote and some are hybrid at the moment (2-3 days in office is typical). I’m fully remote and based in the UK.
