What are some good practices during the sales phase of a potential project to execute before the contract is signed? Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team. For example, speaking to the potential client explicitly about their role in staying on schedule, reviewing scope creep consequences, etc.

Hey y’all. I went through an exceptionally traumatizing experience a few years ago that has totally & utterly shattered my confidence, self worth, self esteem etc. I have a hard time portraying my work experience + deserving of a new role.

I work in inside sales and was curious if call quotas are typical? 150 calls a week are what is expected but I have so many other tasks to take care of that I do not hit this quota. We do not do cold calling so it’s not like I have infinite people to call.
