I am seeing lot of people getting offers from service companies like 25+lpa with just 5 years of experience.

How are service companies able to offer huge salaries nowadays? Earlier companies like infosys, tcs,wipro etc never offered this kind of salaries. Even if you were hardcore developer , Just for 50% hike HR of some service companies used to cry and reject candidates saying 30% hike is standard.

Is it because of high attrition or is the salary in service companies will be changed forever.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

Is it common to offer signing bonuses for product managers? I've only worked in small companies and I'm currently interviewing at a much larger company. I am expecting an offer this week, but the salary isn't quite where I want it to be. A signing bonus of 5 or 10k would make me feel so much better (obviously) but it would put me right where I want to be for salary this year. I'm taking a cut in salary to consider this new job but I like the company and they actually offer benefits

A consistent piece of feedback on my yearly reviews has been that I over-bill & spend too much time on assignments. My friend got an offer from a startup company. In the salary structure they are showing 50% of the CTC as basic which is fine but in PF contribution it is showing 8.2% total contribution (Employee + Employer) instead of the standard 24%.

Is this legal for any startup to do like this?
