I am severely underpaid for the yoe I have 8+ yrs. I am struggling to get interviews in a good MNC partly because of my notice period and at times because of expected salary ( 25 lpa atleast). I have done my studies from abroad from undergraduate to postgraduate.
Eventually I want to be at 35-40 lpa asap. I take time out to upskill regularly. My skills are sql, python, power bi, etc. with sql, power bi, it's more than 8 yrs. I would be grateful if you could pls advise on how to get to this CTC.

HELP! Company wants me to move to the US for a Remote role - Is this reasonable? Hi, I'm moving through the stages for a Remote US role as a Canadian candidate. They mentioned if I were to be offered, expectation is I'd move to the US. I find this odd as the role is Remote but guess it's legal purposes. Good thing is, this comp also has a Canandian office BUT they said bringing me on through the Canadian office is not smth they do.
