I am severely underpaid for the yoe I have 8+ yrs. I am struggling to get interviews in a good MNC partly because of my notice period and at times because of expected salary ( 25 lpa atleast). I have done my studies from abroad from undergraduate to postgraduate.
Eventually I want to be at 35-40 lpa asap at product organisation. I take time out to upskill regularly. My skills are sql, python, power bi, etc. I would be grateful if you could pls advise on how to get to this CTC.
