Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

You are eligible for a Chase Sapphire sign up bonus 48 months from the date of your previous bonus. So if you got the bonus from the CSP before August 2018, then you should be eligible for the CSR bonus.
Since you travel internationally, you’ll need a visa. Get the CSR (if you are eligible for the bonus) or look into the Capital One Venture X.
If your home airport has a Centurion lounge or is a delta hub, then the AMEX Platinum may be worth it. However, you’ll have to put your all international spend on a different points ecosystem since AMEX isn’t widely accepted overseas.
Chase won’t make an exception.
If your biggest spend category is food and groceries, look into Cap One Savor for 4% on restaurants and 3% on groceries, $95 fee.

You’ll spend less on groceries if you start traveling a lot. Will work make you use their corporate card? Otherwise, look at restaurant and travel categories for awards. I personally prefer my CSR but for travel, the Amex lounge is too clutch. Especially with all the delays these days. I’d check if they have an amex lounge at your home airport though to maximize useage. If you’d be willing to use a referral for either card, please lmk💁🏽♀️ also, happy to answer any more questions you have since I have both

Yeah then def look at the travel and restaurant categories. Because one $1000 business trip is like 2+ months of groceries so you’ll likely spend more there. I find Chase more helpful support wise and less restrictive with covering issues but Amex lounge has been a lifesaver with travel recently, even though Chase gives priority pass, I find they often are full or dont have as great options. A key would be having the lounge at your home airport though.
Love AMEX platinum card for traveling. Great benefit like lounge access, but also status at Marriott/Hilton and car rental places. Plus they have a pretty high referral bonus right now. Let me know if you need a referral
Thing I don't like about Amex Plat for work travel is you only get bonus points if you book your flights via the airline website or Amex Travel, and hotel booked through Amex Travel - no bonus points if you have to use a company travel agency portal. That makes it a no-go for my business travel. I use my CSR.
