Start with an admin and then
Platform app builder and advanced admin. If you wanna work as a salesforce Dev try getting the salesforce developer certs or get the sales or marketing cloud certs based on what you wanna break into. Trailhead is a very useful tool and Salesforce genuinely wants folks to clear as many certs as you can. Once you get 4-5 certs you’d be in demand for Salesforce roles from consultancies

Ideally, I want to continue doing implementation work for the short term and then exit into a data analytics position. I feel like Salesforce's platform offers a better exit opportunity for that compared to SAP.
Other than what mentioned above, also see if you have experience in any specific domain like Sales. Service, financial services etc. You can look into going for a domain cert as well.
