Had interview in Wipro on last Thursday and they asked me to Sent the document on Friday via email along with the salary expectations. I have sent all the details on Saturday with ECTC as 11 LPA. My CCTC is 5.86 LPA/YOE 5 Testing Background. When can I expect a reply for my email?
Will they offer me the ECTC? Can I follow up with the HR who asked for the documents?.
I desperately need this job. Please advise if you have any idea.
Will they call for Negotiation if the ECTC is too high?

Hey 🐠 fam: have a verbal offer from PwC awaiting the offer letter but expected to get it today. Partner from the group I interviewed with called me personally to congratulate me and offered to talk if I had any questions, etc. he seems really excited to have me and values my prior experiences and our Interview ran well over the allotted time. Is this standard or has anyone had this happen? Unsure what to do haha I’m sure I can think of questions to ask? Not really sure what the best move is

Analyst keeps taking time off for dr appointments, sick, etc. Today they were screen sharing and had a bunch of tabs open with titles that were obviously emails regarding interview scheduling, follow ups, and job search websites. Hope all that sickness doesn’t impede their ability to land a new job!

I have 5+ yrs experience as a BA/PO. I applied to a job for a Sr. BA with a start-up, that really interested me. The JD requirements said the candidate should have 5+ yrs BA experience. Well, I interviewed (Wed 4/13) with the recruiter and they said wow I think you have what the hiring manager is looking for. Fast forward to this morning, I reach out for updates and they tell me that the hiring manager was looking for someone with more BA and startup experience. What gives??
