EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

.. Job satisfaction is low. My last eight months have been on engagements that are not my skillset and not an area I wish to venture in
Everytime I spoke to the RL about this, the only response I have been getting is we tried our best but only this is available. My projects have been out of my group even though our team is having a plethora of opportunities. I've reached out to partners and everyone has said the same thing. I feel like my profile is going for a toss.
In addition to the salary, the other dilemma is the subpar glassdoor reviews on the new firm.(especially around the C suite but everyone mentioned ppl you work with are great) While I don't want to judge just based on that, the HR took two weeks to respond. She did apologize but that was quite unpleasant to start a new journey.
Here are my questions
1. Should I get hung up on the salary difference?
10k will not drastically change my lifestyle but money is money. ( Joining bonus makes up for this in year 1)
2. How do I gauge the company and the team before I take a call?
3. Since the company is in its fifth year with a PE firm and the top management has changed twice in three years , should that influence my decision?
