Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

^ those items to me don't constitute review, that's what value the manager is responsible for adding. Full review of those items go to director. So you review details, add big picture. Director reviews big picture. Partner changes the colors. That's the sequence. Agree that detail orientation is important but to say anything more than "we should've caught that" is missing the forest for the trees
M1 - my concern is my manager. The client didnt make a big deal about it. He even made the edit himself.
Happens every damn time
If your manager blames you for it just because you had the pen first that's a bullshit manager. Every person that reviews it has full ownership once they provide comments, all the way up to partner. The best leaders understand this.

Yes but manager reviews tend to be story line, summary data, key findings, etc. I’ll take the hit if my team messes up detailed slides- but there will likely be a discussion from me to them afterwards. My review doesn’t negate your accountability
RACI, you are responsible, your manager is accountable. if you (R) screwed up, you have to correct it. Manager takes the hit from the client, you take a hit from your manager. making sure you do your job right to build trust with your manager.
Tell them to have some decency on the recent-cy!
