Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Anyone with insight on Tyson Mendes?
Can anyone here give a referral?
I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

That happened to me after a medical leave. Just to be safe, I’d start looking. Not to scare you, but they may decide to keep the other person if they make less money doing the same job.
Yup. My last job hired another coordinator as backup and they asked me to train her and they ended up letting me go because she was making a little more than minimum wage while I was making $25/hr. After I left, I told her how much I was making in that position just to spite the company.
I agree. It's time to hunt. They could also be watching you work side by side to see who is more efficient, etc, but it always comes down to overhead. If you're able to make it so you be at home with baby, do it. Even if you find a work from home gig. I know that's not possible for everyone but if you can, do it. It's wonderful to watch and teach your child as they grow.

I try and be hopeful that maybe they were just impressed with that person and want a spot for them at the company. But I also know the reality of when my father went on a leave for cancer treatments and they kept his temporary help and let my father go after he returned. Definitely look for something.
I would definitely start looking but why not be direct as well and ask them what their intentions are with the temporary hire? From your understanding they were brought in to cover you and now your back. Should I be concerned?….
The same thing happened to me. Two months later I was out on redundancy grounds, The person who was brought in as part-time still works there. I will advise you to start looking for another job just to be safe. Best wishes
I would totally freak out as well, yes start looking just in case you never know. They could have other things in mind but it seems they are not communicating their plans to you. Good luck
Hate when companies do that...where's the loyalty, yet we have to be so loyal to them.
