The company I work for was purchased by a larger company at the start of the year. We were given a bonus at the start of the year and promised another bonus if we stayed on until the end of the year.

It’s getting late in the year and I haven’t been in recent meetings that relate to my department, none of my team has.

I have a little over a year of experience as a Partner Success Manager at a Tech company. My company is looking to do salary negotiations this year. When I started out, my base was 70k plus commission of 10k minimum extra. Curious to know what others are making as a PSM and also looking for other opportunities!

Can get advice on TC?
Let’s say your original TC in your current is 300k, but because of stock appreciation, your actual TC now is 500k (same base, same bonus, but stock appreciated). When negotiating with new company, will the new company consider your TC as 500k, or 300k? Thanks

I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?

I am going to move in the next few month to a location with a higher cost of living due to personal circumstances. I love my current company but I’ve only been here a little over a month, how should I go about requesting if it’s possible to get a salary increase? Might be a stretch but thought it might be worth mentioning.
