The company I work for was purchased by a larger company at the start of the year. We were given a bonus at the start of the year and promised another bonus if we stayed on until the end of the year.

It’s getting late in the year and I haven’t been in recent meetings that relate to my department, none of my team has.

What are the wages like in Singapore for consultants and techies? I can parse this on Glassdoor/Payscale/Monster, but it’s not clear how country of origin affects pay, if at all.

What is LPA location premium allowance mentioned in offer letter?? Is it variable part which we get end of year? Or will it be part of monthly salary?

What's the salary band for associate consultant and consultant at KPMG global services for a person in a technology team (advisory/consulting)?

What's your preference for plaintiff's side? Steady pay at approximately $120k with no bonuses, or a base salary of $70k plus a cut of what you close over a minimum threashold? Midwest-ish market. In both situations, you get a cut of what you bring in.

What % of settlements do you take home as an associate? Trying to gauge what I should be seeking in my next contract. Currently at 3% split prorated with all handling attys. Is this normal?

Does anyone like ID work? Currently doing work at a PI/Medmal plaintiffs firm while in school and trying to figure out where I’ll be happiest post-grad. I LOVE it, but don’t know if ID will provide more security. For context, I had a, albeit, short career prior to law school and will 30 when I graduate in May. Comp and WLB are important given my later start.

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

How do you integrate cardio and strength training? I do running & peloton for cardio, Solidcore (full-body Pilates) for strength training, and yoga for flexibility. But I can’t figure out an optimal way to combine them. Cardio/strength on alternate days makes it hard to have rest days; doing both on the same day means whichever workout I do second seems to suffer.
