I applied for a position at 11:30a EST yesterday (4/10).

Recruiter reached out to me around 3:30p EST yesterday to secure an interview for 4/11 at noon.

Recruiter writes me at 10a today that the position was closed as of 5p yesterday once they received the maximum number of submissions.

Wouldn’t this still mean I’m able to interview since I secured everything BEFORE the cut off time?

Make it make sense y’all because I’m confused.

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.
