I applied for a product marketing role at the end of February, literally the next day I got the assessment email. It was a friday so I did some mental prep and took it on sunday. Tuesday afternoon got the "you passed" email. Its been a month and no new contact or changes. The role still says assessment passed, so hoping its still a good sign. I guess my 2 questions - How long is or can the process be? Does being considered for the one role disqualify me from other roles I may see pop up?

How do you count years of experience? Lets say you were a web master for 5 years. Then you transitioned into a proper UX role and did that for 5 years. Is that 10 years of experience or 5?

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.

I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...
