Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

Aren’t you interested in someone who can actually do the work you may not want to do? Those spots and brochures aren’t going to annotate themselves.
I will say that I’ve worked with junior creatives from consumer and they think they’re above annotating because they did ads for Doritos. The end up complaining on here Lol

As far as creative goes some people want brand name every day household products in their books they don’t want some medication for shingles - so by and large most of those “traditional people” never apply for pharma jobs ever. Now the world has changed a bit and those traditional creatives might not have a choice but to go that route. Of course if people are forced to do anything out of fear of not having money they never do that thing well...and eventually look for every route possible to stop doing that thing.
I think your CD is hopeful to bring in new talent with a new prospective and that’s great but when another non pharma opportunity presents itself they may be the first to run for the door. It’s a risk and generally it doesnt pay off except with junior/mid level hires who don’t have an opportunity with the more “mainstream” agencies. Those folks get trained on pharma and will stay in it more so then a CD with 15 years non pharma experience .
