Do you have an HR department? Not knowing how to do a task is one issue. But that kind of treatment is another. No business should be pandering to someone who is unhinged, having outbursts, and can’t control themselves. I would 1000% be in HR about it.

Is the job really worth keeping? If it is then I would escalate the issue to people above your boss.
I am so bugged about this, I've been trying my best adjusting into this new environment, with new demands. I dont even have similar voluntary experience! So, why would I know how to do a task I've never done. And why am I the one to blame??
Honestly there are bullies everywhere. Next time it happens don’t loose your temper but be firm. I would say “I’m not sure who you think your talking to but you will Not speak to me like that that. Speak and treat me the way you would like to be treated!” It usually resolves the issue. Good luck!!
