I completed my MBA in Finance and i have 2 yoe in sell side equity research role (Front end). I'm looking out to relocate to NCR. In my current organisation I have worked on a few IPO deals with the IB team as well (PS. IB team at my current organisation is very small). The roles that I'm finding rn in the investment banking domain/ equity research profile in NCR are with KPOs. It does give a salary hike but is it advisable to go from front end to kpo setup?
