I currently have a job but need one with better pay and one with better benefits. I put an application in for one that I thought was just that even got an interview, but they offered way below what the job description pay said, so I am still on the hunt. The benefits were great, but to take a huge salary decrease wouldn't be feasible for me. Help me, please
