I did not have any industrial experiance in java devlopment but I stuck in Testing Background, But I do Certification, course in multiple plamfrom in Java full stack Devlopment where I learn about java 8, springboot, J2ee+ jsp, Hibernate, Microservices, JWT Auth for spring security and Frontend I learn html,css, javascript, React, Mysql DB.
It's been 3.5 + years , Still I am not getting call for java devlopment role.
So Anyone pls suggest me how to get call from company?/

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..

I am having an offer from a company for an senior software support profile with 15 fixed+1. My future aspirations are Devops. I have also received a counter from TCS for 12 CTC.
