Damn .. looks like you'll have to figure out how to talk to them, get to know them, and decide if you want to go any further... i think this used to be called dating... but social media has ruined that concept for whatever it is we call swiping, stalking, and ghosting today...

I don't have snap chat or insta but I do have a facebook.. I just can't be bothered to manage too many social media accounts.. rather have a well documented repository of pictures etc on just one (and that's facebook).
You get to know them by getting to know them in person! I never give strangers/online dates access to my social media pages/accounts. I feel that's too personal and anyone trying to get to know me that way is bypassing the whole process.
Snapchat is dumb - I don't need to see a photo or video of what you are doing, it isn't that important
Instagram, again - I know what food looks like and don't need to see yours
FB contains more legit info but you could also actually talk to someone and learn about them that way

What are you, 16? I've never looked up someone I didn't know on Instagram or Snapchat. As long as they have Facebook, that's pretty much enough.
25, never used twitter, instagram, or snap chat in my life. I do have facebook but 90%+ of my activity happens via private messages and groups

I'm not cutting them off just cos they don't have social media. As someone who's heavily dependent on it, I just don't understand how people do without it. Definitely not saying ones better than the other.
Isn't snap chat fleeting anyway? Like it's very temporary right? What's the point then? It's like pouring water onto the sand.. insta I can get, with the filters and everything
