I feel like every person I’ve interacted with at Bain are super energetic, social and extroverted (or they are stoic, and stern/pressure test kind of guy). I am stressed out if I would be able to be myself during this interview process and if I could even imagine myself working there. How do shy people and introverts tend to fit in?

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.

Please suggest any good sources to prepare for data engineer interviews in GCP, Python, SQL, Pyspark. I have got confirmation from CBA that I am selected and all the documents are submitted. On the website, my application status is showing as an offer. When can I expect the release of an offer letter. HR told me 3 days back he will be sending it by the EOD or next day but he is not responding after that..

While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

I was told to apply to a hospital job by someone interested in interviewing me. The recruiter reached out. Asked for my availability but then didn’t respond when I gave her my availability. I followed up. We scheduled a phone call (she said she’d call) and then she didn’t call! At this point, I’m thinking they’re totally disorganized. Is this common practice? I’ve never dealt with a recruiter so I don’t know.

Joining competitor, boss was shocked and didn't expect to lose me to competitor. I stated reasons as step-up opportunity, project focus, pay but boss is not convinced. Competitor has similar branding, more niche focus. Getting promoted to one level up is the key reason for me.
