I get really random 7.25 “transactions” marked in my Vanguard 401k that are marked as “Other” (whereas my other transactions are “Contributions”). Anyone know what could be causing this?

Positive or negative? That amount looks like admin fees.

My first thought as well.

I would assume they are admin fees. Do you see them every quarter around the same time

My monthly salary is around $6.4k after-tax. Living in NYC. Do you think it’s reasonable that I pay:
- about $1.5k on rent
- about $500 on utilities and subscriptions
- about $900 on student loan
- about $2k on food and etc.
My saving goals is around $3k so been trying to adjust my monthly spending.

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!

We are looking to move to Dallas and thinking of buying a house ~996K with a 15% down. Questions -
1. Should we go for house of that budget? We can afford, but asking based on market.
2. Should we down 15% or just 5% ? Or go for 20% ?
