I got a call from some guy saying he will provide second job opportunity along with my current job. My current CTC with my present company is around 23LPA & he says he is willing to pay 1.1LPM for second job(It will be a 9hr WFH job, none of my details will be linked to this job like pf or pan number).

Should I be doing this job(Considering I can manage both jobs together), wouldn't I face any complications? If yes, Is 1.1LPM correct amount which I should get considering my current CTC?
