Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi everyone, Urgent!! Need help
I have 2.2 YOE as a Java Developer in Larsen & Toubro Infotech . CTC is 7.9 LPA.
Cognizant has offered me 'Programmer Analyst' role 3 months ago with 10.8 LPA and given the joining date as 6th December (6 days Left in NP)
And today I got an offer of 13+1 LPA from a startup.
How much should I counter CTS & Will they accept?

I am working in TCS with total year of experience as 3.8 Yrs. I am having an offer of 14 + 1 LPA ( joining bonus ) from prod based company in Mumbai. I got selected in CTS. Can CTS provide me 20 LPA with this experience. ??

If its some multilevl marketing scheme like qnet then stay away from it..if it is like any other IT related job which matches your skillsets then make sure your current employer allows you to engage in such work..generally most the employers don’t allow other contractual or full time job
1. I don't think your current employer will know that you are working for any other firm (part time job)
2. To suport point 1, take that 1.1L in your family member's bank account rather than yours.
But most importantly make sure you can manage both the jobs 🤑
There is no harm if you are not breaching any current company policies by taking up this job
If you can get the salary credited to a family members account then its a great deal.
