I got an offer from Accenture for L10 (Senior Analyst) role for salary 15.4LPA (Fixed) + 0-21% Variable Pay. Which is mere 25% hike to my current.

Can I negotiate more for this role? and also they gave me location Chennai, but I appeared for a role for Pune location.

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
