I got an offer from KPMG Canada with a joining date of July 11th. However, the HR got back to me asking for work permit. I had already uploaded the confirmation letter that I got from IRCC and due to long backlog of immigration files, I am still waiting for the post graduation work permit. Due to this, the HR pushed my joining date. I am afraid if I don’t get my post graduate work permit approval letter, would my offer be revoked and would I lose the employment with KPMG? Please suggest.

I have received a offer from Dubai based company of 16k AED per month. They are providing employment visa of 3 years to me. I have 3 members of family including me. I have to manage flat etc on my own after one month.

Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview.
